The re-use of existing buildings is one of our firm's specialties. Reintegration of new systems with existing construction can be cost effective and environmentally conscientious. Rod Mortensen has designed a police facility within a former department store building as well as rearranged and redesigned numerous residential and commercial buildings to meet the changing needs of their new occupants.  Even a basement can use his creative hand for the proper finish.  Revaluation of existing space has often times resulted in avoiding costly additions that an owner was sure they needed. Site evaluation including existing hardscape and landscape and future changes and needs can do wonders for any building as well.
